STAMPIA is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Track location during work shifts
• Capture timestamped photos with location data
• Generate shift reports with photos and location trails
• Share live location with authorized viewers
• Export shift data and reports

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information when using the Service, including your name and work site details. Falsifying information may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored in the app.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use STAMPIA for:

• Legitimate work shift tracking and reporting
• Professional security, facilities, or field service work
• Personal time tracking and documentation

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use STAMPIA to:

• Track or surveil others without their knowledge and consent
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate any person
• Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate photos
• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscription Tiers and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

Limited to:

• 5 shifts per month
• 10 photos per shift
• 7-day data retention

5.2 Pro Tier ($9.99/month or $99/year)

• Unlimited shifts and photos
• 90-day data retention
• Premium features and reports

5.3 Business Tier ($49/month)

• All Pro features
• Team management (up to 10 users)
• 1-year data retention
• API access

5.4 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
• No refunds for partial months
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment processed securely via Stripe

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all photos, location data, and shift information you create using the Service.

6.2 Our Rights

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Display your data to authorized viewers you designate
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements

6.3 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for the photos and data you upload. Do not upload content that:

• Is illegal, obscene, or harmful

STAMPIA, including its design, features, and code, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

8.1 Uptime

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur.

8.2 Free Tier Limitations

Free tier users may experience:

• Slower support response times
• Feature limitations as outlined in tier descriptions
• Watermarks on live viewer pages

8.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion:

• All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Active subscriptions will be canceled (no refund for partial periods)

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service in a harmful manner

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of location data
• Permanent photo storage (subject to retention policies)
• Suitability for any particular purpose

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Damages from service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your uploaded content

12. Governing Law and Disputes
